At Kids Dreams Matter, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s a book that didn’t quite meet expectations or a resource that wasn’t the right fit, we’re here to support you through the return process. Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To make the process as smooth as possible, please ensure that your item is in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy!

If you need to start a return, simply reach out to us at books@kidsdreamsmatter.org. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please remember that items sent back without prior authorization won’t be accepted, so it’s important to follow this step.

We also want to make sure that you’re aware of our policy regarding damages and issues. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you accidentally receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’re here to evaluate the situation and make it right for you.

While we strive to accommodate returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. If you have any questions about whether your specific item is returnable, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for clarification.

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once it’s accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item. This ensures you get what you’re looking for without unnecessary delays.

If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Just like our standard return policy, your item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll receive your refund on the original payment method within 30 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
